This... or way to boost the brightness to the new second batch levels.

Seems like the stage 1 total tails were/are the best value.:rofl:

Meso said the new revisions will have double the output.

Yes….but for everyone that has the first run of the ultimates, I don’t think it’s practical to buy another set. We either just live with it or Meso can hook up all the people that splurged on them with a cheaper option to make them brighter

While also not very practical, there is the option of opening up the whole assembly of your current ultimates and retrofitting the LED PCB. Would technically be cheaper than buying a whole new set.

But since anything on the inside of the tail lights is not user accessible, there looks to be no feasible easy PnP option. Unless Meso pulls some magic wizardry.

Gonna get the new limiteds and use the first issue as a back up since I sold my OEM tails. Regretted selling them. I feel more comfortable with a back up.

I feel like there's no need to keep back up if you always upgrade to the latest and the greatest every 6-10 months when MESO pushes out a new version. Not likely anything going to break during that period.

Although I do wish the comeback of MAX brightness dome/map. Being able to switch color and brightness is nice, but most of the time I just never bother to change it and max brightness is preferred

Am I correct that orders or pre-orders for the limited, custom MESO ultimate tails won't be accepted until this Nov.?

100 sets will go in a heartbeat, if not faster....Wonder what the pricing on these will be???

Until then, I'll just continue to enjoy my MESO Stage 1 conversion kit!

Got my replacement set today and installed them right away. Showed up with all the tabs in tact and I was extra careful to just barely hand tighten the bolts. I'll give them a quick check in a week or two and hopefully that'll be that.

Thanks for the great customer service @MESO

    Great news to hear.
Mine was missing a clipnut, but I just used one from the old set.
Had them for a week, and they have been holding up good so far.

I just hand tightened the bolts, and then a quarter turn with a ratchet.

Try the help page on their website. That worked best for a few of us on here. They were decently quick to get me sorted out once I went that way.

    Curious - what’s the issue?
