The missing driver side A pillar grab handle on our 3rd Gen has been much talked about already and this I feel is my number one wish list for MESO's next mod. We've all seen some pretty creative personal solutions but nothing that looks OEM. I did see on Youtube the manner in which the side curtain airbags deploy... so liabilities not withstanding I hope this will be MESO's next mod.

Curious what others feel should be MESO's next mod if not the grab handle?

His next mod needs to be the overhead molle rack for the sunroof models. Stop trying to distract him from that important work...

Meso won't touch the replacement for the center toyota logo on the steering wheel for the same reason. Don't blame him one bit.

How can you even fit in the truck with a rack on a sunroof model, not to mention actually mount anything on it?? I'm only 5'8 and I still only have like 3/4" head room.

Search for @JimmyRigged88 's thread. He sells replacement steering wheel badges.

Using his instructions, I painted mine.

    This.
Any aftermarket item that covers an airbag... I'm out. Sorry, the demand nor the profit can’t make up for the lawyer fees.

HAHA. Yes the sunroof molle is next!

I just want an 0h-shit handle above me like the ones in the back seat of the truck. Both passenger and drivers side.

I think he's referring to the rear seat overhead space and not the front.

Gotcha, but same goes for passengers then haha. A friend who is 6'1 was in my back seat the other day and couldn't sit up straight. I guess if you only have kids or dogs in the back, you'll be alright.

I’d take these over a drivers A pillar. Having said that, I’m in for Katie’s A pillar grab handle.

I sit in the driver's seat. The rack would be behind the sunroof, so wouldn't affect me at all.
