    That's actually pretty good advice. Figure you're not gonna make the problem any worse, and "free" is a pretty good price for a repair.

    Its not a dent, it is a body mod!

    I would leave it and spend your money on something else. Or go with the vocational school.

    alright, problem solved!!!! I finally grew some balls and went ahead and take the dent out from the inside of the tailgate. Most of the dent popped out but the lip was still busted. So, i went ahead and printed out the adobe tsb paper for the tailgate and went to Toyota with that in hand. The guy saw the paper work and he was like--"Alright no problem, I will order the part today... give me a call on Tuesday to give you an update because the tailgate has to be painted and once that gets done, we can transfer all the parts to the new tailgate and install it".

    So, there, no money, no hassle. NICE!!!!!
