Yes. After some research im starting to think its just the sensor. I guess one of the symptoms was also a jolt from P to R. Which is what im experiencing

Your code reader says "3 of 3"...
    What are the other two?

Just noticed that too, and was wondering if there was and arrow or scroll buttons on the code reader to scroll to the first two code pops.

Here's hoping. Especially possible if you leave drinks nearby as the video mentioned.

    It's a generic code reader.
I could see popping two P0705xx codes for the transmission range sensor, but three...?
A Toyota specific reader would appear as P070513 or P070562.

If it's not the sensor, my guess would be the B2 clutch.

"In markets that have diesel engine applications, there are some issues concerning B2 clutch failure. The B2 clutch is the Low/Reverse Clutch. Severe clutch burn and/or complete disc failure are noted. The failures seem to be occurring in heavy use and commercial applications. More information is needed to determine the exact cause, however, it also is related to repeat, loaded use in reverse. If you encounter this type of failure, attempt to find out as much as possible about the operating conditions (repeat use in reverse and/or manual low, etc.) as well as vehicle load (relative to maximum rated capacity)"

    From this article:
    https://gearsmagazine.com/magazine/introducing-the-toyota-ac60e/

The diesel and V6 transmissions are the same.
I could see commercial drivers doing what OP did.

    Good luck OP.

Well i got the sensor out. It was a pain in the ass to remove but hopefully when the new part comes in it solves the issue.

I also noticed my PRND indicator on the dash screen is gone. Also a symptom from this sensor i guess. It only shows the mileage. I appreciate the help from everyone.

What the he— were you thinking? Going forward at 10 and shifting into reverse. Get out of the truck, go to your corner and never leave.

Lets get real people shift into drive and reverse all the time when moving slow. Should you? No. Is it gonna happen? Yes. That may not even be the problem here after all.
