Messed up powder coated rims

I put some meguairs tire cleaning spray on my rims and tires not noticing its not to be used on powder coated rims. I only did two and noticed they started to haze and got uneven finish. I tried to wax on polish them out and they seem better but not like my other two. Is there something I can use or do to get them back to how they were?

The sun is glaring but one is even and the bad one is blotchy.

 

Blotchy, I think I screwed up the clearcoat like someone mentioned.
I need a way to polish it out

Used the red version of this with good quality polishing compound and worked on my powder coated rims . Only problem was from satin black came almost like gloss black . Machine (drill) polishing way easier to get nice than hand polishing .
