I'm not a LoG fan, but Mastadon's Leviathan brings back all the feels. I used to skate my ass off to Blood and Thunder and Iron Tusk. Might try to catch the Denver show on the last leg of this one. If it's in Morrison it's probably at Red Rocks.

I saw LOG for the first time last year with Pantera. They put on a great show. Would love to see them again at a smaller venue

 

I’m always looking for newer bands that play speed metal , like Havok and Warbringer. Anyone have suggestions along that style?

Their playing House of Blues in Vegas on APR 28. So pissed I can't go but I already made other commitments with the wife. She puts up with me listening to them but bailing on her to go see them would end badly. lol

I only know one album from each, but do At The Gates and Arch Enemy count as melodic?

 

Not familiar with arch enemy at all really but at the gates is def melodic death in my book and theyre pretty dope
