    Hey guys!

long time lurker, brand new account.

I recently (Jan ‘25) purchased a DCLB TRD Sport with 88k and have since put 11k on her. Got some off brand/unknown bumpers, maybe a lift, racks, camper top, all the goodies to start off with but that’s besides the point. I shamefully admit that I just now rotated the tires last week and ever since it being on the lift, it has had this rattle and it’s killing me. Only from 10-20mph, any direction in any gear. HELP PLEASE IM LOSING MY MIND

    EDIT: SOLVED.
Cam/mount for the spare tire chain was rattling at low speeds. Rendered it immovable and the sound is gone. Thank you all for your help and welcoming me into the community!

Make sure the spare tire chain below the bed is secured and not rattling. Welcome to TW.

Sounds like it’s tied to rotations, so I’d look at driveshaft and wheels.

Maybe drums aren’t seated right and are scraping on the backing plate.

Are the covers that snap over the wheel nuts loose and moving around? It's pretty common on the TRD Sport wheels where the spring wire doesn't provide enough tension and they rattle on the wheel over every little bump. Just a thought since you said it only happened after the tire rotation and it's a quick check.

Do you not have a spare tire below your bed? If you do have a spare tire and don’t see the lowering chain dangling, someone may have tucked the chain against the spare wheel causing it to rattle.

I do not have a spare underneath, thanks for the idea though!
