Yeah. I run #4 as my stage 1 (constant) injection. I imagine you might even notice some additional power on the butt dyno.

 

How many ml/min is the #4? my kit came with a #2 & #5. I am running the #5

 

The t-tap does pierce the insulation and make contact. I figured it was easier than cutting anything. Worst case if I remove it I can always solder it and cover completely. Yes, I do have an extension harness for the maf. Yes, I did tap that with my first meth controller. No longer needed now. I'm going to call snow today and try for a coupon code that works guys. Yessir! I think its 375ml/min. Could be why my consumption was so high off the bat

 

@rjbiii, here's an idea for the control location. Requires trimming the corner of the pilar next to the windshield but it was my option. Out of the way, sun, and not visible to people passing by.

@rjbiii, did you just thread the fitting with tape into your washer tank? Did you use the low level switch too?

 

That's awesome thank you for the pic! How did you secure it up there? And im assuming it was only minor trimming to get the wiring to go through the a-pillar?

 

I actually just used e6000 on my tank, and I added a brass elbow on there to turn the fitting to face my pump. The tank was the one thing I did that didn't end up leaking initially lol. And no I have not wired in the low fill light yet. Might tackle that this weekend though, it would be nice to have, just didn't feel like fighting more leaks early on, so that's why I put it off.

 

I took snips and just nipped the corner off. Wires fed just fine. I bent a thin piece of flat aluminum in a V and tucked it above the headliner. Yes, its hack. Yes, it works. I was in a hurry and was tired of getting taco neck trying to read it.

 

I would hold off on the low level if I were you. It wont leak as the rubber grommet is bomber. It pisses me off really. The bobber is to light and flops up and down causing the light to blink all the time. Even when the damn tank is half full.

 

How did you attach the controller to the aluminum bracket?

 

Good to know, will cross this off the list then haha.. I am under the hood often enough to keep an eye on it

Does that controller have any buttons on the side/back?
