The nozzle is the critical part of the system that makes it all work so for 20.00 every year is my plan

I like this plan. I will be doing this as well as i am now relying on methanol for additional fueling. Can't afford to have that piece of the system fail me.

I will definitely do this. Im going to take my nozzle out and clean it today that way both the filter and nozzle went in around the same time.

Do you only run boost juice, or do you still mix some of your own?

Just remembered someone talking about the meth ruining the gasket around the heat exchanger in the supercharger? Anyone came across this? Should I just remove it for maintenance?

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
Mine never had one on it. I ordered a new foam seal from URD but that was two to three weeks ago and nothing has shipped. I am sure it will make a difference in the summer time.

Ok got my 2.5 gallon tank. I think I’m going to make a mount to put it on the inside of my bed high enough up so the pump will be under it. And then run the lines up to the motor. It says the solenoid has 2 options. Right outside the tank. Or before the knozzle. I just don’t no if there gonna be any down time from then the pump kicks on. And meth has to travel from the bed to the intake. Any thoughts anyone? I’ll try to take some pictures soon for some visuals.

If the system is primed and there is no air in the lines, there shouldnt be a problem with a delay

Oh ya that’s true. I’ll Probly put the solenoid close to the nozzle then to prevent any that’s in the line leaking through the nozzle.

I took my nozzle off and apart yesterday.

    Screen was clean,
    Nozzle hole was clean

But the rotating spring valve was plugged with some gunk.

Took a brass wire brush to the gunk and all is good.

It’s a good idea to regularly clean the nozzle every 15k miles I guessing or once a year

Do you run boost juice exclusively? Or mix your own

Opened mine up in December or so and it was fine. After running meth for 6 months.

I’m interested to see how/if my proprietary formula plugs the nozzles... going to be cleaning them soon.

All right meth buddy’s. Gonna try to hook my kit up tonight. Can everyone tell me what wires I need to tap into and where. Pics would help. Just gonna try to get it all done tomorrow.

I used a fuse tap to add a circuit. Did you ever get it hooked up or still need some pics?
