No I didn’t use the check valve at all.

interesting. i wonder if the solenoid covers that duty entirely.

The main objective is to keep the line primed but not allow it to gravity or vacuum feed into the engine.
Just thinking here but it seems to me that for a street application as long as the pump is below the tank (does pump have a check valve?) then @o0opackersfano0o should be fine. I think I would install the check valve just after the pump though, just to make sure the line between pump and solenoid stays primed always. If any drainback occurs there will be hesitation in wm delivery.

For 4x4 applications I suggest installing the pump as close to directly below the tank as possible and for extreme offroad I would move the tank to pump inlet to the bottom. This will ensure the wm pump always gets supply regardless of vehicle angle.

yes, and yes. is this correct? if using the green wire to power a 2nd solenoid all i would need is a T or Y fitting, more line, and a 2nd nozzle. then program for a duel spray.

I'd have to see a diagram of your current configuration.

@Roostfactor , as ive learned having a cooler burning spark plug with methanol isnt the best. i was debating going back to the 22's. what are your thoughts on this?

Have you had any performance issues running the ikh24's with water meth? I am running those with my setup, but i have the UCon so it adjusts things for me. Last time i talked to Scott, he said everything looked good and that at WOT the spark angle was 15'

i should have included you with that question. sorry brother. good to know data! im understanding a brighter spark is a good thing when dousing a cylender with meth and water. a hotter plug does the job a little better as i understand. curious what the threshold is for optimum performance.

i may do a plug change again, for other reasons. but was curious if a hotter plug had a better yeild of performance.

I always thought the 22s ran better than 24s. But that was with either the ucon or TRD tune. Most are running the HPtuner now so curious what spark everyone is running too

i may just go back to the 22's. it would allow a better burn. yes, hotter, but with a single or duel meth/water dose it may make better power while being well within the safe zone. taking imput before i buy plugs. happily ill be the test bunny.

i think heat is valuable. 22's are ideal. who knows what hp # 24's are actually better. with the water and meth cooling 22's might be the ticket for success. im not certain but collecting feedback for a trial.

I hadn't even thought about it until you @White lightning boosted recommended it for my install.

Something to keep in mind. A hotter plug doe NOT make a hotter spark. The only difference is how much insulation the electrode has. So a Denso 22 has less insulation than a 24.

    22 is stock sc recommended.
We are close to double with our setups so 24 is good WITHOUT meth.

I agree that 22 is probably ideal since the meth will provide cooling beyond the stock 6ish psi which those plugs were spec'ed for.

Good call @White lightning boosted!!!

so... @Roostfactor , if you were swapping plugs. what route would you take..? inquiring minds want to know.

@White lightning boosted could you post up and describe your braided stainless for your methlines? I'm thinking of doing that too.
