I've mixed plenty. I swear boost juice has more go. I saved zero moneys making my own. Order takeout for myself.

 

Good to know! Ill likely try both ways and see what the butt dyno says. And then stick with that. Starting out with boost juice though so thatll be a good starting point for comparison!

 

VP make excellent fuels. I will likely go the same route if I ever get a system. Call your nearest race track or drag strip. They often carry various race fuels.

Im going to do some checking today and see how much shipping is for VP racing meth. If its over about $40 for the 5gal pale, then ill likely go the boost juice route. Saving .50 cents a gallon and having to mix it myself wouldn't be worth it..

 

True. It can be on back order sometimes. I try and stay stocked up.

 

Does jegs always offer free shipping over a hundred bucks? seems like a good way to just buy about 12 gallons at a time

 

Always. I seem to buy other stuff too. Like oversized oil filters.

 

How much boost juice or mix do you guys go through roughly? Just curious how much is consumed and how much is good to have on hand.

 

Hory sheet. Just called them and they said for a 5 gallon pale shipping would be $113.85 for shipping alone.. Looks like the pink drink for me as well!

 

Also curious about this. I've heard its about a gallon per tank of gas.. I bet it depends on how much you're in boost though and when you have it setup to spray

 

Reason being is that being 100% it is subject to Hazmat regs. Boost juice being 49% meth is exempt.

 

Yep, that's what I figured as well.. That's why they don't give you a quote on their website due to the hazmat restrictions..

 

A 3 qt tank lasts about a tank of gas. Depending on your driving style

 

Order -20 Walmart site to store, or order if from a part store and then mix with heet. Get a case of fluid will last you a long time. Also you might find a race track near you. My local track has methanol $5/gallon if you bring your own container.

 

I may also look into this, good thinking. The nearest race track to me is like 75 miles away. I live in the boonies, so I don't have that going for me. Will definitely look into it though. Thank you sir!

100% meth is flammable. That’s why shipping is outrageous. 50/50 mix isn’t.

 

I talked with them later on as well and they said i could come pick it up from them but theres a 35 dollar flat rate pick up fee. Im like 75 miles from them so unless i bought 20 gallons of pure meth, it wouldnt save me any money to go and pick it up and mix it. Probably going to stick with boost juice for now unless im passing thru there on a weekday for some reason
