No plugs or patches in the tires. No lugs missing.
No cracks or dents in the wheels.
A few rock chips in the wheels, some imperfections near the lug nut holes.
Has tpms installed but never programmed
Comes with two different sets of center caps
Comes with a full set of extended thread black gorilla lug nuts with the fancy tool
Comes with almost a full set of extended thread chrome lugnuts.

wheels are balanced and ready to be mounted on the truck
