701's I think the valve stem is a little better protected.

i would choose the one that is less weight. if they are the same weight, then 701 would be my choice.

 

I prefer 703's personally, looks like its a difference of convex vs concave?

 

703’s for sure. Both are great, but once my current tires are done I’m ditching my 16” F5’s and going to 703’s in 17”. Too many wheel options for 17’s to stay with 16’s.
