Do these fit on the taco without hub centric rings? I believe our hub bore is 106.1 and the menthols are listed as 106.25….

can anyone verify if these fit the hub bore without any play. Thanks

I bought these when they went on sale from Tacoma Lifestyle. They fit fine with no issues whatsoever.

I have 701's and they use a 60 degree taper lug nut. They are not hub centric. When Method says lug centric fitment I think they just mean the center bore will fit over hubs/flanges that could use hub centric wheels. You cannot have both hub centric and tapered lug nuts. The lug nuts for hub centric mounting need to be flat flanged. The wheels will work worth out the rings. Just make sure to use extended length lug nuts. They can purchased from Method, Discount and other shops but I found the best prices from Wheelers. The nice thing about Wheelers is you can get them in quantities of 4, 20 or 24. Buy a set of 24 and a set of 4 for spares. One thing I like about the 701's is the location of the valve stem. It comes thru where the wheel material protects the stem better. My theory is that there will be less of a chance for the stem to be damaged.

Thanks. Couldn’t remember with my 22 tundra they changed the hub bore size and with the methods… method did say no hub centric rings required but I def use them esp with 35’s and up which I was running…. Hub centric rides so good- just could t remember if method fit over the 106mm hub bore perfectly or not.

    dhr covered it.

I have the 703’s. They came with four plastic rings but I have no idea what they are for. Certainly not needed for our trucks though. I did buy the extended lugs. Super happy with the 703’s both looks and performance wise.

Those rings are hubcentric rings they go on the hub, bore free, tight fitting wheel if needed some wheels have a different size bore then the vehicle they go on

So I didn’t know what they were honestly. And when I sold my factory wheels, I gave them to the guy (I thought maybe they went with the factory wheels). I definitely don’t need them for anything right, like for installing them, then they took them off?

none, that size is made to fit tacomas perfectly. I’m not sure what your hesitation is

Have no hesitation just curious because like I said the 22 tundra required rings because Toyota all of a sudden changed the hub bore size and methods weren’t a “direct fit” Wasn’t sure if these fit the tacos just right. That’s all I was curious about.
