Method NV 305’s and non mag-nuts

Recently I ordered some Falken Wildpeak AT3W (265/70-18) Discount Tire and some Bronze Method NV 305’s (18x9, -12 offset) from Custom Offsets, on Custom Offsets website they had a selection based on your year and what not, so when I got my lug nuts they gave me 14x1.5 instead of 12x1.5. My question is this: regardless I’m going to need new extra thread lug nuts because my stock ones will not fit, I did however go get some extra thread Mag lugs from Pep Boys, but no washers. I’m a little weary on using them since everyone says keep the mag lugs with the washers

The 18" Method NV for your 2016 Tacoma requires conical seat (60°) extended thread lug hardware (see the image below). Your local Discount Tire should have these available in-store in both black and chrome finishes.

would this be the same for a Tacoma 2010 Prerunner? I am mounting 17x8.5 with 0 Offset on my 265-70-17 tires. I'm pretty sure I need m12 x 1.5 with a 60 degree tapered cone seat, but if you could confirm that that would be great!

 

For your 2010, the 17x8.5 ET0 Method NV calls for the same extended thread lug hardware
