Great idea! I think I’m going to try this way 1st. If I botch it I’ll wait and get some from mesojdm when he makes more.

I cut the plastic down to 35mm. You could go a bit more or less but there’s not a ton of wiggle room or it won’t sit on the hub all the way.

The stock offset for a TRD Sport 17" wheel is +30 on a 7.5 inch wheel. My tire guy has expressed concern that a Method 17 x 8.5 wheel with a zero offset will not work. Is he right? I don't see many options other than zero offset in the Method brand.

Pretty sure that second wheel is what I have. They were on the truck when I bought it. I have zero complaints and I think they look great. Not a single flaw on them though I’ve only had the truck six months and who knows when they were put on.

Edit: nope, I have Methods but not those. Mine have more openings, some of the other posts look similar.

Probably has something to do with how spiffy you keep them!

    Thank you for your service.

I love mine! Totally changes the look. ALSO... I don't know if it is just me, but I got better fuel efficiency with these and Falken Wildpeaks than stock. 265/70/16. I don't know if anyone else can chime in to this. I thought I would get less MPGs but it actually improved.

Hey man! Could you post a side shot? I'm considering these on my cement taco. If you have some pics from other angles on insta, I'd love to check it out.
