    Looks AWESOME! I just bought the double standard and can't stand the color of the accent bolts. Can you walk me through what you did? I want the exact same outcome.

    I think he might have took off the studs, wet sanded and painted 3 coats of Some Satin Black Krylon Paint. Not sure tho..

    Yeah that looks a lot better. That was my next step although I wasn't too stoked on sanding 64 bolts haha. Props to you.

    :burp: i had nothing to do that day but to drink beer and bullshit around..it was a 2 hour process. It helps to have OCD for this kind of project lol:hattip:

    I guess what I mean is - Is wet sanding necessary if the bolts are brand new (i.e.: without any defects.)?

    Sorry no one answered, and I was only joking around so sorry that I came off as a huge dick. Sanding is going to give the bolt a surface that the paint can adhere to, you'll want to do it regardless of the bolt condition. Post pics if you do it!
