    They are lug centric. 108mm is the hub bore on methods. Six lug tacoma have a hub bore of 106mm. To be hub centric the wheel bore would have to be 106.1. ALL six lug tacoma and 4runner wheels are 106.1, also FN and SCS wheels. But people runs tons of different wheels that aren't hub centric with no issues.
