I posted a similar message in another forum here but it was not getting much action so I thought I would try the main board.

I have a set of Method NV's on the way to me but I have a question before I have them installed. I know they are lug centric and I have the correct lugs with ET and 60degree cone to install them with but I am wondering if I need hub rings as well? For those that have Method wheels are you experiencing vibrations that are most likely associated with the wheels?

I need to know because if I install hub rings my understanding is that I can't use the center caps that the wheels come with (which look terrible in my opinion) and so then can't swap them out for the ones made by fellow TW member mesojdm.

    Appreciate the feedback...

You don't need the hub rings for any wheel that has the conical lugs, as long as you use just a bit of care mounting them.

The studs / lugs will keep them centered just fine.

I am liking what I am hearing so far. In a search of other threads there are a few people that have had some problems so I am looking to see how often it really is happening. Appreciate the feedback.

    Call and ask a vendor.

Online stuff isn't the solution for everything.
