    Hate to burst your bubble, but Bud Light is owned by a Belgium company (InBev) now and is no longer owned by Anheuser-Busch/Budweiser which is an American company. Unfortunately after the sell the new owners fired many U.S. workers. But you can still drink Coors or Samual Adams like me. :D

    InBev and Anheiser Busch are one company. They merged (or, really, A-B was aquired.) A-B didn't sell Budweiser to InBev.

    Also, InBev didn't close plants when they bought A-B. Layoffs that have occurred since the merger are largely due to the economy, not the acquisition.

    Bud is still brewed in the USA.
