I'm in the need of wheels quick so I need a quick reply...I want the Raceline Renegade 6's but am confused about the 16's. The dude tells me the 16's will hit the caliper and I should go with 17's. Looks to me like people are running the 16' with no problems...but I could be wrong. Any input guys...I want to buy TODAY!.

I haven't seen one dbl cab with the 17's on it. seems like they are all running 16x8. I do like to look of more tire then wheel as well. Seems like there is a reason i'm not seeing the 17's....i don't want to install this stuff and not like the 17x9 look....

IIRC some 16s will not fit on the trucks due to the interior radius of the rim being too small.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I think i'm going to change the wheels to the 16's. I like to look better.

I like the look of 16"s also, not to mention 16" rubber is cheaper. Sorry I couldn't post up sooner for you.

That was perfect timing actually. I put the order in for the wheels and tires about an hour ago and the guy tells me to go with 17x9. I did some looking around and came across your and AndrewH's trucks running the 16's, both trucks look clean!

I call the guy back and say I'm sure the 16's will work but he wasn't for sure so he called Raceline, they confirmed for his sake. So we changed the set up to 16x8 Renegade 6's on 285/70/16 BFG A/T's

I was just wondering for reference.

I also ordered some kings for my 4runner but I went a little crazier and I am having some custom ones made :D

I almost went with a custom color!! went with UCA's instead.

    I should have done both.

I did a little more than a custom color. Custom valved, interal limit stop removed, extended resi's lighter springs
