I finally decided I had enough mods, so here is my build/off-roading pictures thread!

extended cab
4x4 w/manual locking hubs
5 on the floor
210.xxx miles

Tires:
32x11.5x15 BFG AT KO2's
31x10.5x15 BFG AT KO's - GONE

Wheels:
15x8 Pro Comp Rock Crawler black steel with -19mm offset
1/4" spacer on the front

Suspension:
Eibachs
5100s all around
toytec 1.5" AAl

Armor:
Trail gear rear bumper
Trail gear rock defense front bumper
Aluminum headache rack - SOLD
Stock skids
LoneWolf Offroad Sliders

Engine:
Deckplate Mod

Lighting:
2 planoled pods on the front bumper
1 pod on tire rack for a bed light
1 pod under the truck for a backup light

Recovery:
Badlands 9000lb winch
30ft tow strap
10ft tow strap
3 15ft chains
Hi-lift jack
Multiple shackles
Shovel always mounted on tire rack

I got this truck when I was 15 (currently 19) from my grandad who bought it new. Spent my childhood riding with my brother in the backseat, which used to be huge!, going hunting, trapping or fishing. Since I only work in the summer I dont have much extra money to spend the taco, hence "budget build".

Due to a broke phone I dont have any pictures of her when I first got her so Ill start from the farthest back I can

Picked up a Headache rack that was on a dakota off craigslist for $40 and at the same time took off the mud flaps



Took a afternoon to the Crowley Trails and added driving lights to the front bumper. Feat. Christmas Wreath



Got some lights for the headache rack, 2 forward facing, 2 rear facing

Took my first trip to Bridgeport OHV Park with my friend group deemed "The Mud Crew"



Then realized how bad the two lights on top looked, so I moved them to the bumper and bought 4 bigger ones and made a bar to mount em on



Then I had a little fun in the snow and ice



Painted the trim after Operation No Chrome was started. There's only 3 cause one got ripped off in a car wash and the manager wouldnt pay for it. I ordered a replacement from partsgeek.com but the sent me a ford ranger grill instead......



Found some trails around my work



Ordered a new grill, another battle won in Operation No Chrome



Dipped my emblems and light covers and another battle was lost by chrome

Went wheeling with the mud crew, had to pull out my buddies '86 bronco on 35's after he couldnt make it through the line it took



Bought a trail gear rear bumper in perfect condition off CL

Then I bought a Trail Gear Rock Defense front bumper as a graduation present for myself


Shout out to my two buddies Reese and John Paul for always helpin me work on the taco!!
My frame was a bit tweeked so we hooked the front bumper to the hitch with the high lift in the middle to get the holes to line up Went two days before painting it
All taped up before painting

All painted up! also painted the skids while they were off and added the "taco" on it. Cant decide if I like it yet

 

First! Talk about redneck engineering with your hi-lift frame straightener Can't say I would have been the one volunteering to do that. We need to weld you up a bed rack so you can get rid of that headache rack

lol yeah blinker relocation is commin when I get some time
I need to update this but I sold the headache rack on CL and I got a 9000lb winch in the bumper

Got stuck in this horrible hole, some water in cab and ended up breaking my power steering pump winching myself out

This is on Regency Bridge, a must go to if you are in the San Saba, Richland springs area, its only about a half mile off the highway and is the talles suspension bridge in Texas

Eww mud. Did you crawl out that rear window so you didn't have to open your door?

 

Yup. it was up pretty high and would have really flooded my cab

 

Haha, I knew it. The only time my window has been opened that wide was when my friend had to crawl into the bed to hook up a tow strap to my hitch
