I bought a light bar from the apex/cali raised group buy and got a harness and mic tuning rocker switch. When I hooked everything up per instructions, it all works great but the rocker switch light is always on even when I turn the vehicle off. I think it has something to what's plugged into the switch but don't understand the wiring diagram as far as #7 and #6 on the switch circuit diagram. I wired it exactly like the bottom diagram, I only have 1 light bar and there's 5 pins on switch. Anybody know how to get the switch light to turn off with truck? I can turn the light bar on with the truck off if that helps at all.IMG_1485.jpgIMG_1484.jpg

Get rid of the jumper between pin 2 and pin 6, and supply pin 6 with power from the truck's dash backlighting. You shifter is backlit with the headlights on, right? Tap into that wire, it's close.

Thanks, I had pin 8 jumping to pin 7, so I switched that and left 8 off and that turned the light on The switch off. I'll disconnect 6 tomorrow and run a wire tomorrow for backlighting when it's warmer out.
