I doubt it. The pool deck is pretty slippery and you're kind of new to the walking upright thing.

yea i saw when he took his goggles off, a bunch of water spilled out.
he seemed really frustrated after that race.
just proves he can beat everyone else: even with his eyes closed

when i use to swim that would happen occasionally. you dont close your eyes but it is much harder to see, cause even when your head is out of the water, with your eyes open it still looks like your under water. so his eyes weren't closed, but his vision was impaired. it would be the equivalent of being able to see but being legally blind. i stopped using goggles during actual competition, i only used them during practice when it didnt matter

He is on some super drug that is undetectable in today's testing standards. Or maybe he just takes flax seed oil?

A billion people. Communists. Only goal is to be the best. At something.

What I don't get is the commericals for the Budweiser club in Bejing. I thought they were against that sort of Westernism.

someone told me his body doesn't produce lactic acid like everyone elses so he doesn't get the same muscle fatigue and soreness that other athletes get. dont know if thats true or not though

What doesn't seem fair about the chinese gymnastic team?

Both on the men's and women's, they made fewer mistakes, had crisper landings, and executed better. I'm no sore loser, if they had the better team performance I have no problem giving them props.

They executed as they needed to on the worlds biggest stage in their home country. A lot of pressure if you ask me. They deserved to win.

I'm really proud of our men's team, they showed alot of heart with all the alternates.

actually it is true that his body gets rid of lactic acid produced from the muscles faster than most athletes. most people under top shape takes about an hour or so. but for phelps it only takes about 30 to 45 mins. dont ask me how he does it but, i guess his body is really alkaline.
