I think these ones are probably pretty old. These are an old set of Donahoe racing coilovers. But just about every piece has been changed to icon stuff.

What spring rate are they? Well I'm sure they ride better than 5100s but they could ride even better with less preload or higher spring rate/newer springs

Not sure of the spring rate bought them off a guy on Craigslist. I think there just old now since they are the original Donahoe racing coilovers. The guy I bought them from really destroyed them the body's were pitted and the shafts were beat so they're fully rebuilt besides the coils pretty much. Ill look into some new coils

I've got 650# and so far they've been great, haven't gone off-roading much with em but I have gone fast on some trails and it's been fine

IMG_4777.jpg Did a little bit of work to the truck today. Beat the inner fender up some more to clear the tires better. I lowered the truck about a quarter inch in the front to take some preload off the coilovers and lowered the rear a half inch. Seems to squat lower in my opinion but, it's hard to really tell I did anything.

I hadn't done much with the truck since I'm saving for a transfer case but I've always wanted 35s so I had a good deal on 4 so I jumped on it

I've still got a ways to go to get them to fit. I haven't rubbed the passenger side but it doesn't even rub. It will off road though. I did the driver side but it's weird that it didn't seem to make much difference even though I took so much material out. Still need to trim the rear fenders as well.

My passenger side doesn't rub at all I thought it would as soon as I turned my wheels but it doesn't. It'll rub once the suspension flexes but on the road it's okay for now. Driver side is mostly tubbed but I need to bend the metal some more.

    Looking great man!

P.s. I’ll take your old tires off your hands if you plan on getting rid of them

Thanks haha. I'm looking to sell them. Will they fit your truck since there a 15 inch rim? Your gonna need some 37s for that solid axle.

Yeah I’d need some deep 15s. How much do want for them? Also the swap isn’t going to happen for awhile. I’m still a broke college kid. And need a another car before I can hack up the taco.

Took an inch off the rear fenders today. Came out pretty smooth. Just need to clean up the paint on the edge.

Picked up a full steering setup for manual locking hubs. Probably going to keep the lower control arms and sell the rest if I can. Snapped a pic of the truck the other day at work.

Well I tubbed the passenger side and put my steel rims back on. I think it looks ways better. Still have some sealing to finish up on.
