I’m on a 35 but it’d be barely over geared I guess but for the wheeling I plan to do it’ll be better over geared

Only took one picture from the weekend. Hoping to get back out this weekend. No water got in after the water crossings so happy about that.

Not yet. Going back and forth on a regear or atlas. Just don’t wanna put money in these axles since I want to go solid axle.

4.3 or 5.0 atlas if the sas is in the near future. 4.3 is plenty low enough but I'm torn between the 2 when I get one.

Yeah I’m thinking the atlas. I really wanna run the rubicon this summer and I’ll need the atlas more. Ive also been looking into that on what ratio to run it with. Plus I wanna start the solid axle sometime soonish when the money comes around. Pretty done with the ifs and steering rack bull shit. I’ll be done with school this spring and getting a daily after summer. So hopefully I’ll be looking more towards a solid axle after summers over

And then just regear all at once with the new front axle. Or regear now and sell it later. They are worth some money. Need something for better control with that manual though haha

Did some snow wheeling today. 35s made there way through just about everything I through at them they really dig through some deep stuff. Only had any issue in the video where I hit some slick spots that I couldn’t get any traction on at all.

Did some more snow wheeling this weekend. Had to of been the worst trip I’ve been on. Complete shit show. Pulled out an F250 a few times. The dude had 50 pounds of air in his tires. Nearly had a truck slide into me. Sat most the day behind stuck trucks. On top of it my truck died randomly. For some reason I have an EFI fuse that keeps blowing. It killed the truck twice luckily I had some extras to throw in.

Been a while since I’ve updated my build, gotten a good amount done to prepare the truck for this summer. I’ve rebuilt two cv axles still have two to go. Started building my high clearance rear bumper just waiting for a friend to bend some tube around the bedsides. Added some trim to the fender so they don’t look like garbage. And the big mod would be adding a marlin crawler crawl box with 4.70 gears. Got the driveshafts cut and everything back together today and drove it for the first time in a week. Crawl box is amazing can’t wait to run the rubicon with it this summer.

That's going to make a huge difference. Do you have to add any support for the transfer case, or does the trans crossmember support everything just fine still? Good work, that's going to make crawling a piece of cake compared to guys without one!

It came with a cross member for the extra case but it doesn’t fit correctly so I’ll be making my own soon. I can drive around with it for now but it’ll need some support soon and I’ll probably make a skid plate for the both transfer cases

Been looking into getting a crawl box but maybe next year. It's on the list since I'm about "done" with my mods that I've wanted for a while. Looking good, see the updates on Insta too

Thanks for following man. You gotta get one it’s a world of difference. Regearing axles doesn’t even compare to one of these.

Thanks for all your help and pushing me over the edge to pick this thing up. I’m just glad it works and wasn’t garbage.
