Thanks! gotta give it up to the TW peeps for the help. I almost went with KO2s, glad I didn't as I would definitely not have the use for that aggressive of a tire.

I got a quote for some LTX Defenders out the door with tax $798.88 with road hazard etc in the P245/75/16 size is that a good deal? plus Im assuming a $70 Debit card from MICHELIN which would be $728.88

Just ran those Michelin’s and their size through the Discount Tire website, and the subtotal came to $696. So, after taxes and the mounting and everything I’d say that’s good.

Really not any higher than any other highway tread tire. I never notice them. Maaaaybe they get a liiitle noisy when they wear down to really low tread levels.

Yeah I was going to get the at2, but a size up 265-70-17 .Test fitted and it was hitting the upper control arm because they bubble so much. Went with defender in the same size and fit without issue.

I’ve owned a set of these and they are the plushiest AT tire that I have tried . I did have a sidewall tear on me at Uhwarrie on them though (aired down), so maybe watch the sidewalls with anything too rocky.

Probably the single best tire ever made by man.

basically a lightweight all season tire, they don't do anything especially well except they wear really well and are cheap priced

Well, 70 K miles, I’ll have to take back my sarcasm. Think I got 55 K out of mine. Mid 20’s and a new truck and mine were doomed from day one.

and I only had them rotated once, if I was more diligent with rotations they would go farther, basically I wanted to wear them out and get another tire that's why I didn't really pay attention to rotating them
