Michelin ltx m/s vs m/s2. Anybody?

I have an 04 DC prerunner and I am getting new tires and I need some advise. 265/70/16 and they will be michelin but I do not know what kind. I really don't go offroad so an aggressive tire is not a big deal to me. Thanks in advance. Anyone run the m/s2?

 

The ms2 is newer... I have the ms1 and its pretty awesome. I am not sure I like the new tread pattern, its much less agressive than before.

 

Well I went with the Ltx M/S2. The pattern looks very close to the old but has a better temp rating of an A and a 720 treadwear rating compaired to a b and a 500 treadwear rating. Also the 2s have a 70k warranty apposed to the ms1 0 (even though they last forever). If I figure out how to post a pic I will let you guys see the new look.

 

Very cool. Let me know how they work out for you. how deep would you say the tread is?

The reason I ask is that from the photo it looks like the ms2 is slightly less deep.
