Well I'll be up about 45 minutes north of Grayling this weekend and I plan to be on the Kalkaska route some. If not in the truck on my dirt bike but likely both, come join me if you can! :mudding:

Just moved to the Sault last summer from Alaska and finally getting around to working/playing with the truck. Took a trip out to Drummond Island and had a blast and now I'm wondering if there are any organized trips "U.P" here or in the general area? Would be nice to stare at the back end of something else other then Jeeps:D

I've been meaning to setup a trip through the UP; with the notion of likely making it a week long type thing to try and make the most of it. Will post up here if/when it comes to fruition (it will eventually, just no clue when). It's been a weird year for me so far, it's been tough to get any plans set in stone.

Though fair warning: I have a couple friends who would likely come along... who drive Jeeps, lol.

I would be down to join a U.P. wheeling trip. My dad and I are going up to copper harbor and a couple other places in August, taking my truck, side by side and my dirt bike so we'll be checking out some trails.

I would be down for a Tacomaworld trip! It would be sweet to get some trucks together in the yoop.

I think getting a TW group together is certainly doable! If you can spare a day for Drummond Island I think it's totally worth it! Lots of good trails, mud and even a little bit of crawling (Marblehead)... for the cost of a $14 fairy ride and your ORV sticker I don't think you can beat it. I haven't explored the trails out west in the Hiawatha NF, there's lots of Forrest Service "roads" to explore out there, just haven't found the time.

I'm gonna have to keep that there... I'm sure a "Fairy" ride would DEFINITLY be worth it

Yeah chickens can wait, but when I'm tied to the work phone I technically can't be more then an hour from the Sault.. sucks... but such is my life, downside of signing my life away to Uncle Sam.

Looking for something to ride in the Huron manistee national forest. Anyone open to guide to or give me an idea?
