8.5x17 . I called Mickey Thompson because the recommend only up to 8 but the engineer I spoke with said because the contact patch was 8.6 I should be fine with an 8.5 rim.

35x12.5x17. Wheels are 17x8.5 et 0 with 20mm spacers (effectively et -20). Have 13k miles to date and still quiet. First two pics are before suspension settled... just after install.

    Last pic...
Was this just after a tire rotation?

Yes, If I recall correctly the last pic is not long after 1st rotation. I'm getting a little uneven wear, but that's entirely my fault for getting it aligned before the suspension settled and then not getting it re-aligned.

If doing suspension & tires at the same time, I recommend waiting a few hundred miles before alignment so everything is settled (maybe less miles if you are doing some moderate to hard wheeling).

These are the BB AT SUV in standard load (SL) in stock size 265/70 R16. They’re set to 30 PSI and I haven’t noticed any change to mileage or road noise compared to the stock GY. I’ll see how they do in the snow and ice this coming winter and provide an update.

Other tires I considered were the Maxxis RAZR AT and Nokian Outpost AT. Glad I went with the MT BB. Best looking tires!

Mounted 265/75-r16 SL Baja boss on stock suspension stock wheel (+25mm offset) this weekend. Chalk tested all four tires and have them set at 29 PSI. These tires are awesome, they fill out the wheel well perfectly and look like what Toyota should have been selling all along. Once I corrected the PSI the tires were not loud at all, they have a nice hum to let you know that you have a bad ass looking truck. if you want a quiet riding truck buy a ridgeline. I spent several months shopping around for the perfect AT tire. to my wife's distain I would always inspect other people's AT tires in parking lots trying to figure out what I wanted to go with. I'm very glad I went with the Baja boss over Wildpeaks, Ridge grapplers, duratrecks. KO2s only come in E load so those were out of the discussion for me. 10/10 would recommend. Picked up a set of 285/70R17. Really aggressive looking A/T! Same size as I had before with Mastercraft Courser MXT but these rub more so I have to do more trimming lol

I'd consider that an AT-MT hybrid.

except what passes as MTs these days is a little tame. Unless you can be heard driving down the road 3 miles away, you're not on real mud tires. ;)

Mickey Thompson calls both the Boss and EXP hybrids...
I find the two tread designs...contentious.
The Boss strikes me as more of a street-all terrain hybrid, given the assymetric design, smaller shoulder blocks and more generous siping. Yet, it has the more aggressive sidebiters and available 3-ply sidewall construction(LTs).
The EXP strikes me as a MT-AT given the more open shoulder blocks and less generous siping. Yet, it has a circumferential groove not conducive to mud/snow traction and less aggressive sidebiters.

It's considered a hybrid a/t m/t. I've put over 15k miles on them love em . Rides great on gravel and minimal road noise on hwy
