I have the Classic Locks. They look great. The only thing that bothers me is the paint on the faux lock ring has started to fade.

Love the look of these wheels but concerned about road rash. Hate to eat up the side of the truck.

he's talking about wider rims/tires and them sticking out past the body kicking up rocks.

Hmm, I have a friend that paints vehicles. Maybe he can spray some rock guard spray on it.

my thought is that it's a truck. i've been running wider rims/tires and no flaps almost 4 years. hell, at one point i was running 315s on a 4" BS and no flares. i couldnt tell you what on my truck is rocks from the road, rocks on the trails, or pine tree pin striping. we have a built in anti-rock ship coating on the bottom of the doors/rockers.

I will look into it, thanks for the info. The rockguard stuff is a dark black like rubbery looking coating.

Well my thoughts are I paid good money for it and don't intend on beating the shit out of it. I don't wheel and this is my daily driver so I like for it to look nice and clean.

Agreed, this is the way I look at it as well, there is a rock chip coating there to deal with that.

Alternatively, you could get the bushwacker flares and some aftermarket mudflaps if it is big concern for you.
