    C'mon Jared! It's tough these days to source those parts, put their name on them, package it up, print a shipping label, stick it on, then, if you don't have scheduled pickup service, you have to search for, and take the packed to them to be shipped.

    That whole process would take an intelligent primate at least 4 hours. So please don't get irate with them if it's taking longer.
