Mid October Wheeling Trip to Helen, Georgia

Absolutely not! I'm hoping my buddy can make it in his XJ!

Just as long as he realizes and accepts the fact that he has an inferior Heep and needs to step up to a Toyota!

 

I like jeeps myself. I'm probably gonna build a XJ

 

I'd love to build one as well. They're cheep, parts are cheep, solid axles, what's not to like really besides the fact it's a Heep.

i drive an xj. my toyota would have a lot more cool stuff if the damn xj wasn't always bleeding my wallet. i swear that damn thing breaks something everytime i drive it. so yeah, fuck jeeps

 

Simple fix. Sell the XJ..

 

its crossed my mind, believe me! i got it not long ago for $500 and only had to put a radiator and water pump in it. and it actually looks good, and is clean as hell on the inside. its a super nice dd. i'd love to sell or trade it for a 4runner though.

Not to bad..you can navigate around what I call the trenches at the bottom but, towards the top there is a rock garden section that can be tricky

You'll make it..may have to move some rocks around or whatever. Should be fine

 

Bell mtn can be extremely hard, or pretty easy if you take side trails and watch your lines.

 

I've made bell completely stock and only scraped the stock skid a little. Given it's gotten rougher from the hundred jeeps that go up every week end. With good spotting.

 

Me either lol. I need to find the time to start making all of mine.

Well dang. Wonder how hard it is to swap them to 4?

Yea I don't have the time/skill yet so I'll buy mine once I get the cash
