    I was going to head up that way during the time everyone is going and all the campsites I looked for at the campgrounds were all taken except for thursday night. I was as far as Lake Burton looking for one. There may be some on the Tullulah River but they are 1st come 1st serve. I'm sure some of the primitive sites are open though.

    is there anything required for the trip? i have a tow strap, but thats it. i have a cb, but no antenna yet so it doesn't work. is a fire extinguisher required?

    just ordered some new stuff for the truck, but i doubt i'll have time to install everything by then. anyone here have an swr meter for cb radio tuning?
