Finally getting closer to fitting the bypasses (without spacers) and then revalving my coilovers to go with the bypasses. I think i just need to message my friend for his availability, and then get the resi mounts welded in.

But wow, 285s look so small compared to the 315s that ive had for the past 5 years! I have clearance for days! I feel like these are pizza cutter skinny! Theres a good 2-3" of clearance between the UCAs and the tire

The squeak completely vanished when I swapped out the lower shock mount bearings.

Idk i haven't had that issue myself :notsure:

I like the tri-flow stuff i mentioned. Knocks wd40 out of the park in quality, doesn't harm rubber like wd does, and lotsa small hardware stores are starting to stock it. I rarely clean my truck and have to deal with nj winters so i keep a spray can of it around and just spray any joints or parts that can vibrate around in regular driving. It helps keep squeaks and odd wear to a minimum. Stuff like the spring seats i only put a little and not often (a lot of rebuilders/tuners tend to not like king spring seats too but idk mine are ADS), stuff like heims and uniballs i put a decent amount and much more often. I don't think it'd hurt to try it on things one at a time till you find a culprit. Not as solid as proper trouble shooting but it'll get ya there

I sprayed silicone on the boots and it got quiet for a few days, but its back now. I feel you on the winters, but VA isnt that horrible
