    There are some DIY threads on a few different forums out there like AZFJ and IH8Mud that have some great threads on it. TW may even have one or two. Do some googling mang! Shit I wouldn't doubt if @Crom has done it.

    The money is in the regulator. That is key in a good air tank from what I've read.

    I looked into it, but didn't like the concept of refilling tank. I has no time for that. in the end I ordered the ARB twin and built it into a portable system. It takes me 1 minute 5 seconds to air up +20 psi each tire. 4 minutes, 20 seconds for all four tires. Tires are 33" tall and skinny.
