    I thought they was just for a little protection. I thought TC race series LCA's do more? Better clearance etc...

    Custom 3 link, 40's etc..
    Just get LCA skids. They aren't very expensive (compared to TC LCA's) and you don't need to replace the bushings. When that time comes, it'll be easy to sell the LCA skids.
