Will do  so far, pricing it out, comes out to just north of $150 for the tank, hose and fittings. Found a local place that will fill the bottle for $25 too! Still have to figure out how to mount it in the bed for cheap but I have some ideas working. And perhaps eventually I will. No real air tools in my kit now :anonymous:

Just know that a 20# tank is pretty big and will last you some time even with 35s.
I've been thinking about mounting one under my bed on the opposite side of the fuel tank or where my spare used to be since I'll be cutting that all out.

Definitely. I thought that the tank would be a little too big for my needs honestly but then I remembered a couple things. Last wheeling trip we had about 12-15 rigs with minimum 285 tires and with only 4 compressors (2 ARB's, 1 portable compressor and one at the park) waiting was a test of patience. It would be nice to air up quickly and not have to wait for 3 or 4 people to use your compressor. Plus with a bigger tank, the ability to want to use power tools in the future will be easy and painless.

Agreed. I would say if it costs you 25$ to refill it every time you could take donations from anyone wanting to use it. I know I've offered to give a few bucks for this very convenience.

This is a good reason for a big tank.

I don't think people should air down if they don't have the ability to air back up. :D
