where's a good spot to target the 150k mileage milestone
its getting so very close after almost 23yrs

keep it mid west or shoot for Colorado where the next taco adventure may lead, found some $1 711 gas south of Denver

 

I assumed you had a scenic Nebraska location picked out for the special occasion

This 2001 Toyota Tacoma is an extended-cab 4×4 that has been registered in Pennsylvania since new and was acquired by the selling dealer in April 2020. I’m about to have a bunch of these pics when I clean out under my truck to put my sliders on lol. I drive a 16 year old truck and I can’t expect it to look like it just rolled off the showroom. Steel rusts but it can also be repaired if you desire. If a tacoma makes it long enough that the frame rusts out after 15+ years and is totaled I would bet the cost of ownership is still below many other trucks.

Somebody got hosed. Guarantee you could poke finger through into the cab, and it looks like they welded a narrow strip along the bottom of the frame to cover holes.
