What I would do is email the dealers you are looking into buying from and ask if they have any trucks close to what you want in allocation. They typically have an idea of what trucks are in their pipeline about a month to 2 months out. If the truck is in allocation they can request changes to be made to customize to your specs. From my understanding Toyota may or may not build to the configuration requested. The truck I have on order did not have the tech and jbl and I requested that it be added and there was no issue
