    Signed the contract and finished upgrades. Construction is under way. They're guessing 1st week of August if things go well. End of August probably at the latest.

    Realtors and inspectors coming to my house today to get it ready to put up for sale.

    Got a date this weekend with a girl I met in Midland :)
