Mmm...no. We will have enough recovery gear to rescue ourselves. (But we probably (hopefully?) won't need any of it)

Looks like you only need to get 4 sites. If anyone wants to move around once everyone is there they can take care of it at that point. You're doing us all a favor by getting there early and attempting to get sites, don't make it harder than you have too.

I have not heard anything recently from @Littlekate or @ethandoubleu either.

You're welcome. My friend and I had some anxiety finding a site on a Saturday last Oct. Hence the reason I am arriving before noon on Friday. I will try to secure 5 sites, regardless if I hear from @Littlekate and @ethandoubleu. My plan is to get 5 sites, set up a few things on each site so they appear to be occupied, do the paperwork/pay fees for Friday. Then head to town for water and firewood.

I just had a brilliant idea, but upon further consideration it just wont work... I have this set of sliders from RCI in my shopping cart. When I realized they are in Golden, CO, I thought LONG DISTANCE TW EXPRESS! I was about to save $325 in freight costs and pay one of you $100 and a bottle of bourbon to bring them home for me. However the lead time on them is 4+ weeks. Also, from the amount of parts and gear you guys are taking, they would probably have to end up on somebody's roof rack or something.

It got me excited for a moment... guess I'll have to pay FedEx. :spending:

Oh well. Here's to hoping the sliders someday get to come back to their home state, bolted to my truck!

Call them and see if they can get them done-I will gladly bring them home for you... on the rack. Need to sleep somewhere you know!

Thank you! I did place the order (woohoo!), but I will give them a call tomorrow and see if they are able to do a rush order or something. I spoke to their customer service last week with questions and was very impressed. They were very helpful. It's worth a shot!

Based on your travel itinerary, I'd guess you'd be coming through CO on April 1, right? I hope Golden wouldn't be too far out of your way. (I think they have beer there.)

Golden is right on the way, so no issue there. We would come through Denver area on the Friday the 31st. The crew would love this type of a stop over!!! Try and make it happen.

I will! Maybe I can ask if they'd like to give a group of Midwest Toyota guys a factory tour! Gotta get some stickers, right? How many of you guys have RCI stuff on your rigs?

I can bring 'em home. I'll strap 'em to the roof. I'm 20 miles south of Madison. Pretty sure that's closer than @pearing.

Yup-I was just making sure he didn't give up and pay shipping. We can make it happen, and maybe get a tour out it!

77 square miles surrounded by reality.
    Vehicle:

Tires, Softopper, fully armored, winch, many pinstripes.
If timing to hook up is not good, I could arrange convenient storage on the east side of Madison.
