3 days until we start travel to Utah! I hope everyone had a productive weekend getting the last few things done on the truck, and everything needed for camping has been acquired and packed for the most part.

The itinerary is complete and the miscellaneous details are listed in posts 2 & 3. Please take a moment to look it all over again.

If you are joining with the convoy along the way meeting times at gas stations/park & rides are listed. I will also text those people to give them a more accurate meeting time once we get rolling on that meeting day.

I have everyone's phone number so if something were to change I'll contact you or vise versa.

If anyone has any last minute questions / concerns please feel free to PM or text me.

Let's all keep in mind the Tread Lightly standards of conduct during this trip. We should all do our part to help keep the trails and land open to explore!

Can I suggest that we meet at Baby Lions Back Sunday morning. We drive right passed it on the way to Fins and Things. I feel this is a "must do" trail for anybody that has never been to Moab. The "you gotta learn to crawl, before you can walk, before can you run" analogy. The loop takes 5 minutes, but will give you much needed confidence on the incredible amount of traction your truck can produce. It really is amazing. The 20 ft (maybe more?) drop into the big puddle was a big, big "OH SH*T" moment for me. I really think we should do this, first thing. Apologies for not bringing it up earlier.

Also Jason. Is the group site reserved for Thursday Nite?

We can add Baby Lions Back in, I'll add it to the itinerary. We'll meet there at 8am. @Wadar note the change since you're the only one that'll be coming in separate from the group that day.

Yes we have a group campsite for Thursday nite the 30th. It's at Lower Onion Creek group campsite C, so we'll have to move for the last night. I have it listed in the 2nd post itinerary on the 30th.

My communication skills are lacking. :anonymous:

Is the group camp at Horsethief booked the night of the 23rd? If it isn't, I'll just pay a single site camp fee for a site there. We have it for the rest of the week anyway. If nobody is using it, I don't see an issue.

Your on your own the 23rd and 24th for campsites. Our reservation at the Horsetheif group site starts on the 25th at noon. So you can move there then, it was already reserved by someone else prior to the 25th.

Yes. That was my initial thought start at ch.16 and go from there. I'll most likely post some pics of the groups trucks while we're on the way. So should be easy to spot us

A rig like Wader or Jason will just drive up some of the stuff we'll doing. I'll have to pick and choose a line and be spotted while they watch, shake their heads and roll their eyes.

Wait, didn't you add a locker? Have to say, I am feeling like the low man on the pole equipment wise.
