Pffft, it's shocking how far you can go with just a decent set of tires!

Amen brother, amen. A Taco will do everything a 4R can do, and a bunch more. I can't say a 4R will do everything a Taco can, 'cause it won't. It was kinda embarrassing last time I was in Moab, pulling over for the Tacos to pass. Them boys was haulin' ass. I was jealous.

Intersting, I'd long thought that the 4runner would have been better.

Okay, watching videos again... Anyone done wipeout hill on seven mile rim? Assuming we will since we are going there. Looks okay down. Not sure about a non locked rig getting back up. What says the hive mind of experience??

There is a Friday option this year for the hecklers... winches are NOT optional (although 35's and lockers might make it doable...)

So, since Jason is the only one that has all this equipment, you will just point him in the direction he needs to go. The rest of us will drive around to the other side. While we're waiting for Jason to come walking out, we will being enjoying ice cream and Old Fashions.

I'll do the trail, but I'd have to scout Wipeout Hill before I decided. I think there's a bypass.

In the video when the rear bounced the gear broke when the tires landed and caught traction. Gears don't like that scenario, so don't do that. 7 times out of 10 when the front or rear starts hopping something's going to break.

24 hours until we start the journey west @Taco-Grinder!!

Last evening at work the apprentice that I'm training told me to go sit down and do nothing, he'd take care of everything
Thats when I decided to take off work today also.
