Well we aren’t planning on driving 90mph on the trail. :p

I’m in Iowa for the week so it makes sense to do it now vs having to drive drive down from northern Minnesota another weekend. And if we waited for cooler weather we would be waiting until October or November. Lol is your AC broke?

well then i need to reconsider and make plans, sounds like a blast

the A/C is not broke, it cools very well, keeps the DQ treats nice and cold up there by the center vents!
just a weird vibration somewhere in the passenger side behind the dash at 2.1k rpms in all gears except maybe 1st
i try to run a very tight ship on my trucks maintenance so this befuddles me
i suppose I could meet wherever the start of this is at and you check it out for safety? ... because I am clueless :anonymous:

as long as I don't turn the A/C on it operates normally, or the noise is barely detectable with the radio on

Starts in the Dubuque region ish. Once @Cav_BluTRD decides when he’s gonna show up, we’ll have a better plan

Thanks for the invite, but that weekend is booked solid with "you better get this done before I divorce you" stuff. I guess disappearing for a full day
on the motorcycle this past weekend wasn't appreciated.:D

    a good middle-of-the-winter adventure :notsure:
i 'might' have made it to Copper Harbor once in February (but not sure anymore (so long ago!) I know I made it to Houghton and most of the way to Batchawana Bay in the winter before turing it around and headed back to the USA) at that time all I needed to cross the border was a USA driver's license

Hey Guys, I was wondering if any of you have a 2nd gen stock exhaust sitting around. I don’t need to buy it. I preferably would like to borrow it or rent it. I want to take off my URD stainless set up to get it media blasted and then ceramic coated. This Midwest salt has taken its toll so I want to preserve what I got now before it’s too late.

I’d only need it for a short time, a couple weeks or so. But then again if it’s just lying around hopefully it shouldn’t matter. A couple weeks is all it should be though.

I’m located not too far south of Chicago, in Plainfield.

    Please let me know

Whats up guys. Looking for some input on upgraded suspension without a lift. I like to keep it to close to stock height as possible. Reason for the upgrade is a 105lb added weight to the front end via aftermarket bumper. The bed has some weight on it with accessories nothing exceeding 150lbs max. It sits pretty level as is. You cant notice any sag. But it is a 2018 with 20k. so fairly new. Any input on suggests or shops in the midwest would be great. I looking to keep it affordable as possible I know good work isn't cheap either but I dont do any serious off roading just to get to hiking trails so I dont need to invest into some crazy nice kits. Thanks for any help

I’ve heard a lot of good things from @HeadStrong Off-Road helping people out with a good setup and purchase.

If you find something you like you can check out @state48overland website, Eric can take care of you.

I think a lot of owners go with Bilstein 5100’s.
And if you come to St Louis we can knock it out.
