Might be a dumb question or no?

Do newer NAV head-units have Bluetooth enabled on them? I mean one would only assume that they do, I feel dumb for asking.
    Reason I ask is,
When I bought my Tacoma I didn’t get the $250 Bluetooth added into the steering wheel because at the time I didn’t think I would really need it, but as time goes on it seems more easier and convenient and I don’t have to hold my phone up and mess with my phone when when driving down the road especially when there are specific states now that ticket drivers for different cell phone related incidences.

I would say yes to your question. I know that 2017 trucks comes with head units and steering wheels that has bluetooth.

most 2005-2011's didn't have blue tooth and had it added at the dealer as an option.

2012+ most of the models came with it.

All Nav models have it from OEM, but you are better off getting an aftermarket DoubleDin deck with Carplay or Android Auto.
