When you only had one leaf pulled remember the 0.08 shim stack for compression valving actually worked. Now that you've removed three we finally got a stack of 0.10s in for compression. It's insane how quickly that 50t pack ramps up. Smooth as hell though now that you've got it tuned.

Nah it rides great with three leafs out. Mike has smaller spares though and they're not rated LT like yours I don't think. So... you'll have an extra 25-40 lbs more weight in the back between your heavier tires and cage work. I know the shackle he used contacted the frame so we had to knotch the frame where the shackle hits at full bump. That's at the appropriate angle suggested by engage too. I think a 13" shackle would be a good idea. The 12" works fine but I don't think it could be even a hair shorter without becoming problematic.

You got more weight than me. Run 12" shackles. 13" is too long. Pull the 5th leaf for sure and maybe the 1st if you start bucking over whoops. If you run smoothies in back they are easy to valve with a few runs. If the pack is new it will settle 1 to 2"

why do you think 13 is too long?

even with the extra weight i will have i should still pull some leafs?

    ill be running tripple bypasses.

Hey Mike, wouldn't a longer shackle prevent it from contacting the frame? The leaf would become it's full length prior to the shackle rising high enough to hit if he used a 13" shackle.

Just throwing out ideas. I don't design this shit or have an engineering degree so take it with a grain of salt. :D

Pulling a leaf will help reduce your spring rate. It gets stiff fast. I'm running 12" and my truck got lifted pretty high. You might be stink bugged with 13's
