    Need help towed a trailer and seemed to be fine now my MIL is on and it randomly flashes any ideas why it seems to run ok just a little sluggish at low rpms it is a 2wd 2002 tundra

    Flashing MIL indicates and active misfire that could cause catalyst overheat/damage. Check for codes, see if any are stored in pending.
