Nice pictures AK. Here's the Raptor doing its demo. When the raptor first came out, the demo was lame, no high speed passes or hard turns. Now they put on a great show.

I used to live in WI and made it to EAA every year. They always have a good selection of new and used military gear. They had a great dogfight between this guy and a MIG 15.

Being in the Air Force at an ICBM base, we never saw our sorties fly...

I was extremely close to signing up to fly these bad boys. I went to Mass Maritime and we can go directly into OCS and pretty much choose our MOS. I was told I was too tall to fly anything but cargo planes, so I decided not to enter the service and am just a regular civilian.

I love the lightning. That is the one major fighter of WWII I have never personally seen. Not enough to go around. I think there are less than 7 left flying in the world. They found "the lost squadron" a while back but only saved 1 plane. Damn shame

I love that poster! I have a friend that was a NUKE PUKE. Now she's an AMMO Troop!

Ain't nothing wrong with Dixie Cup Haulers! I've got a friend that's a navigator on C-130s.

You're right, it has taken damage and returned to fly again. Stay away from the GAU-8 Avenger cannon!!

The picture I posted is "Glacier Girl". She was pulled from the ice and restored!
