Tom - Ok great. Thank you. Gonna start in an hour or so...

So did you do the carpet deinstall / install yourself?

    How much was the carpet?

    Thanks

    Good news.

After I used the wet/dry vac for an hour or so, I got out the steam cleaner... ran that for a while... Waited a week - had some smell... Really pissed me off.

So I went in, lifted the carpet up an saw that there was a plastic barrier between the truck and the padding so any milk that got in was above the plastic. But I did notice some spots on the door sill area that I missed. I cleaned it all up ... steam cleaned again and havent had a smell at all...

The bad news was that my wet / dry vac smells like hell. So I gotta scrub that out -- small price to pay for a milk spill.

Thanks to all and all of your suggestions. I was really lucky on this one.
